A Little Beach Time
Last Sunday I spent the day on Playa Delfines with some friends. Steve, the site owner of CancunCare.com and CancunCanuck (that’s her screen name on some of the local boards, including Steve’s) were both there along with their S.O.s and beautiful kiddos.
The beach was quite busy, it being Sunday and all, and the waves were very strong. Just a few strong (and strong-willed) folks went into the water. I managed to forget to put on my sunscreen and got a little cooked, but at least I’m not pasty white any more.
The beach itself has quite a bit more sand than it did when I saw it on the Friday following Wilma. It’s good to see that the sand is coming back so soon.
