And, we did wind up giving the cop $50 to get my husband's license back. 1)DO NOT hand over your driver's license. Make a copy at home and give him that instead. The ploy is that to get your license back and dispute your being pulled over, you'll have to go to the station. 2)In you glove box, there should be a laminated card which is basically a pass to get out of a ticket.
